Where orders ship

Mailable Hug currently ships to US recipients only. Plush gifts are made to order through Printify's Underground Threads provider in the US.

Processing and delivery

Production usually takes a few business days before the package is handed to the carrier. Standard US shipping commonly adds several business days after production, and tracking is sent when the carrier provides it.

Date-sensitive gifts

Please order early for birthdays, get-well gifts, travel, or dorm deliveries. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Returns

Because each plush gift is made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email hello@mailablehug.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

Address changes

Email as soon as possible. Once production or shipping begins, recipient address changes may not be possible.
